Security Cameras:

Please be aware that our photography studio is equipped with a security camera inside the studio and in the hallway for the safety and security of our clients and equipment. These cameras are in place solely for security purposes.

All recorded footage from the security cameras will be automatically deleted after 72 hours. We do not retain any video footage beyond this period.

Access to the security camera footage is restricted to authorized personnel who is a female, and will ONLY BE REVIEWED IN THE CASE OF A SECURITY CONCERN or incident.

If you need to get changed there is a communal bathroom opposite the studio room, past the communal kitchen. There is also a blind spot BY THE DRESSING TABLE that the camera cannot see.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that the security camera footage is not used for any purpose other than maintaining a secure environment within our studio.

General Rules:

• Treat the space, furniture, props and everything else with respect.

Do not drag furniture across the floor as it may damage the floor.

• We do allow you to rearrange the furniture/props (EXCLUDING THE ARCHED MIRROR). All items must be returned back into the original layout - with respect to other customers who will use the space after you.

  • Make sure to add on ALL necessary add ons to your booking (e.g paying for extra guests.)

A maximum of 8 people are allowed per booking. You can add extra guests in the add-on section.

  • Leaving the studio messy beyond an acceptable state will carry charges.

  • Failing to follow any rules of our establishment will result in charges.

Damages:

• Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stained, or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.

• We do not allow smoking or alcoholic beverages in the building.

Scheduling:

• All studio hire is paid in full when booked.

  • Bookings allow only 1 client to the studio, if you need to bring extra people such as models or a camera operator, you must add this onto your booking.

• If you require set-up or clean-up time please account for this or else you'll be charged.

• If you require loading/unloading before or after the booking, you must do this in your own booking time.

• If, on the day you’d like to extend your hours please contact us on the number given to you in your booking confirmation email to see if there’s any availability after your time slot. If available, extra hours are charged at the normal cost of £35 per hour.

If you go over your booked time without notifying us and it affects another client’s booking, you will be charged for the time used at a rate of £60 p/h and an additional £60 inconvenience fee. If you do not affect another client’s booking, the extra time will be charged at a rate of £35 p/h.

CANCELLATION POLICY & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• Rescheduling can be done 48hrs prior to the original booking.

• Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date.

• Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time.

• Cancellations/rescheduling less than 48 hours of your booking will not receive a refund or reschedule option.
