Welcome to Modern 1.0, our intimate 250 sq ft studio designed for creativity in a cozy, chic setting. With a warm beige aesthetic and minimalist decor, this space is perfect for eCommerce shoots, influencer content, or small creative projects. Yes! There is pay-and-display parking outside the studio building.

Both of our studios are located in the same building in Hackney Wick, E3 2TH. Few mins walk from Hackney Wick Station, 15 min walk from Stratford Westfield. You will receive an email once you've confirmed your booking of the codes you need to access the buidling.

Our base rate is only valid for 1 person. There is a slight surcharge for bringing extra guests, which you can add to your basket when booking your slot.

At Modern Studios we define an event as any booking that isn’t primarily focused on photoshoots or content creation. This includes gatherings such as workshops, networking evenings, brand launches, pop-ups, private functions, or any activity where the main focus is hosting people rather than capturing content. This is why there’s a separate enquiry form you must fill out if you want an event.
